I want to order multiple items, is there a discount?
I have two discounts available for bulk orders:
- 20% off stickers when ordering 5+ stickers!
- When ordering for an amount of €75 or more, you receive 10% off your total order!
Both discounts are activated automatically. They become visible during checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I can ship my art worldwide! If your country isn't yet available during checkout, please reach out to me and I can add a new shipping option for you.
When will you ship my order?
My weekly shipping day is monday. This means your order will always be shipped on the closest Monday (= within 5 working days). If you order on a Monday before 4 pm (Amsterdam time), your order is dispatched on the same day. Your order is shipped from my art studio in The Netherlands. You receive an e-mail when your order has dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
The arrival time depends on your specific location. When you go to checkout, you can see the current estimated arrival times for your location. The handling time on my end has been factored into these times already.

*Please keep in mind that these arrival times are estimates from the shipping company. Small delays can occur, especially since I ship internationally.
During vacation break sales, dispatch will be slower. In that case the main store page will feature altered dispatch times.
I need my order very fast, can you ship it sooner?
I can not guarantee that it is always possible, but if you need your order super fast, please reach out to me so I can check if I can dispatch faster + if there is a shipping option available like FedEx Express that I can activate for you!
Voor Nederlandse klanten: je kunt altijd een berichtje sturen als je je bestelling met spoed nodig hebt. Ik kan dan kijken of ik op dat moment sneller kan verzenden dan gewoonlijk.
Will my order have tracking?
Yes! All orders have tracking. You will receive your tracing link in the dispatch email.
USA CUSTOMERS: Will my order be shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
Yes! All orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Your import duties, tariffs, customs, and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout.
My shipment hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
Please always feel free to contact me if your order is taking longer than usual to arrive so we can keep an eye on the tracking together, and I can reach out to my shipping company and look for solutions if needed.
I ship from The Netherlands and international orders can face delays sometimes. If you think that the wait is longer than should be expected, always feel free to contact me!
It's possible that your order is held up at customs longer than usual. In some countries delays in the post system occur because of reasons like strike, pandemics, natural disasters or war.
These types of delays are unfortunately outside of my control.
Voor Nederlandse klanten: De meeste bestellingen passen door de brievenbus en worden verzonden als brievenbuspakketje. Het komt wel eens voor dat de PostNL postbezorger het pakket al als bezorgd aanvinkt, maar het pas 1-2 dagen later verschijnt. Je mag natuurlijk altijd een berichtje sturen bij twijfel, en zeker als je langer dan 1 week wacht op je zending!
What happens if my item(s) arrive(s) damaged?
If this happened, I'm so very sorry!
Please always reach out to me via the contact page if your order was damaged in the mail. I will answer your message fast, and I strive to solve any issue you face so you can fully enjoy your art! If your order is damaged, my policy is to replace it for you.
I will ask for photo's of the damage (both the packaging and the item) to send to the shipping company's insurance.
When purchasing valuable original drawings or paintings and/or if your order is large, please make sure to pick tracked and insured shipping during checkout so I can successfully replace your drawing or painting in case of unforeseen damage or loss.
My order is a gift, can you make it extra special for the recipient?
Yes, in fact: ll of my orders are always shipped in a very festive way! The items are wrapped in colourful little baggies with a cute sticker to close them. They always look like a present! If there is a certain occasion for which you'd like to gift them to a loved one, please feel free to send me a little note after placing your order, so I can wrap them for the specific occasion :).
During the holiday period, orders will come wrapped for Christmas (unless you've asked otherwise), yay! :D
How will you wrap my order?
The items are wrapped in colourful little baggies with a cute sticker to close them. They always look like a present, so even when ordering for yourself, you receive a fun little present to unwrap :)!
